IMDB rating: 7.50 Plot: Alarmed by a series of baffling suicides of prominent gamblers popularly dubbed “The Pajama Murders” by the newspapers, Holmes fakes his own death and assumes the identity of Rajni Singh, a retired Indian military man with a paralyzed arm. After losing a large sum in a casino and writing a bad check to cover his losses, he appears to try to take his own life. He is prevented by the mysterious and sophisticated Andrea Spedding with an offer of a loan with his life insurance policy as collateral. Shortly thereafter, there is an attempt on his life with a rare but deadly spider with the only other clue a child’s footprint. A resurfaced Holmes consults arachniolgists in an effort to solve the mystery. |

what do you think of my story so far?
im writing a story about a girl who is orphaned in ireland and grows up in an orphanage and then when she is 10-13 she brakes out and goes to newyork. It’s set in the 1960’s and she is orphaned by her and her parents going to have a picnic in Ireland when their car catches alight and her parents die. She is found by nun’s and taken to the orphanage where she grows up.

Chapter 1-Getting Started
On the 14th of June 1960, I was still in London, I still had a family, and I had just been born. My name is Rose Philips and this is the tragic, heart-warming and inspiring story of my childhood and it all starts with a book my mother saw in a shop.
On the 17th of June 1960, a few days after I had been born my mother had not been out since I was born because of a sickness she had after the birth. She got round it alright despite the odds and had planned a shopping trip for just me and her. She dressed me in a white cotton dress she had borrowed from her sister a few months before I was born. It had small pearl buttons and a silk white bow just underneath my head. She dressed it with white cotton socks which had a small bow like the one on my dress. She put me in a navy blue pram with large metal wheels that sometimes squeaked as the pram went along. Her sister, or my aunty, had made money after marrying a hire to a wealthy family.
